Well, I have been back for a while I guess and I wrote what happened to me in the trip, maybe I will steal it from an e-mail I wrote and post it... yeah I will do that....
I was in the United States to see my family and friends for Thanksgiving. We stayed at my Brothers house so we didn't have to pay for a hotel room, that can get expensive. The first night was nice, my brother and his wife was there and our friend Chris came over and stayed the night. We sat around talking about everything that has changed since I have been away from the US. We drank a little and everything turned out good. The second day was Thanksgiving. We watched the Thanksgiving specials on tv and then when to my parents house for dinner around 3pm. I know that sounds early, but on Thanksgiving it is normal LOL. Chris came with us, because he is almost like family and had no other place to go. We sat around after talking, I had a bottle of wine, but my dad only had one glass and the others didn't have any, and drank the rest LOL. After that, we all, but Chris, went back to my brothers and had a house party for all the people that wanted to see me since I came back LOL I think all together there was 20 people there. We spent 300$ on drinks, 50$ for pizza, and we played Cards, drank alot of beer and alcohol, sang alot of songs on the karaoke machine and my brother played guitar and we all sang together the songs we knew. The house party didn't end until 4am when most people when home. It was a very fun night. The next morning I sleep in until 10am, but my brothers wife didn't sleep, but instead went to the big Boxing day sale there. She waited out in the cold for 2 hours, she is crazy, because the sales is all day LOL. We ate breakfast with my cousin at 11am and then went to the biggest mall in Pittsburg, and I ended up spending 500$ LOL, well, I got alot of new clothes and everything was 60% off LOL. Then we got back and talked my friend the twins and we took a walk and talked for 2 hours, and then the long drive home back to Canada that took 11 hours by car LOL.
Ok, so it has been 7 months since last time I wrote on my blog. I am going to be even more busy then I was before, but lets see if I can keep 15 of my day and post somethings on here to let everyone knowing what I am doing. 90% of the people reading this will be bored so I warn you, if you don't know who I am, it is not worth reading LOL, there is 1,000,000,000 other blogs out there dying for your hits. Me, I type because my fingers are moving and I don't know where to keep them.
So, the new news from my life is I am going home for the Thanksgiving Holidays. I haven't been in the US for 18 months I believe. I am just shooting off at the month, it might have been longer or shorter, but it feels like a long time. And I am finially going to take that 12 hour drive down there and visit my family. I will be staying at my brothers house and it will only be for a few days, but all will be good.
Ok, so if I can remember I promise the 2 people that read my blog that I will TRY to keep it updated. That is right, once every 7 months I will write again LOL I hope not. Good night people, see you in a week at the least, I will be gone
It's been a while, since I, looked at myself straight, it's been awhile, since I said I'm sorry.
Well, anyway, I know I haven't posted anything for a while, so I am going to let you know what is going on. Right now, I am doing my best working two jobs. I have my Data Enty job and now I am general manager of a driving range. We were thinking about renting it, but the insurance was too High I was afraid, but I like this way. I can buy things as long as it isn't junk, or too much, and I can control prices and things like that. I also get a % of the profit if I hit a goal which isn't too bad.
Not bad huh? I am going to try and keep everything up to date more, if I can do it.
The cats come back today. I hope they will be alright. We cleaned up for them and everything, and we are going to make sure they are comfortable. Hey they are the closest things we are going to get for kids. We don't want anything but these two cats.
Nothing good in the mail today. I talk about mail now because I work in a place for mail LOL Also I learned today, that if you buy anything outside of Canada, and you live in Canada, you are going to pay a hufty Duty along with the exchange rate and everything. For Tobacco, I guess it can be mailed, but if the value is 10$ then you can going to be paying another 20$ for the tax. Nothing like a 200% Tax LOL
I am so tired this week, the only thing keeping me going is this 3 day weekend I have coming up. That is going to be great :-) I can't wait for it. Easter is upon us people. Does everyone remember why we celebrate Easter? First person that can tell me why and has a Tbog Account, I will give some points to.
The cats are at the vets getting fixed and declawed. I know alot of people don't want us to get the cats declawed, but it is either that or give them away.
No mail, no government papers, tax refund (for my wife) and no Sheesha. Tell you when I get it in
Last night started a little snow storm, this morning, we had about 2 inches of snow, there is suppose to be anyother 2 inches tonight. I was ready for Spring time, but old mother nature hits us again. Well it is what should be expected.
I am still waiting for the order we placed over the internet, it has been about 12 business days so far.
For the Weekend of Easter, well, he told me for now, I have Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. That is cool :-) I hope to keep it like that.
Not much else going on. I am going to take some pictures this easter and I will post them. So right now, it is cold here, if it is warm where you are at, then you are lucky :lol:
Today we check out some prices and Ideas for a few things four our house. First we look at somethings to do with the bar downstairs we are going to have. I was thinking about something classic, you know wood and a real bar, you know a dive LOL, My wife wants something more Art Deco, colorful, flashy. So I caved and thing it because be fun to do something colorful and wild.
We found alot of glasses we liked and chairs. Mirrors and things like that. We got a good feel, now we have to make sure it will all fit nice with the pool table.
The other things we looked at was a wide screen big screen tv. We found 2 that we liked at 57inches each and one other that was expensive, but if the price drops when we buy, we will get it. It is an LCD 50 Inch TV Right now they want $5000, If it goes down to $3000 by March of 2005, then we will get that. The screen quality is amazing.
The sound system. We saw a nice PolkAudio, but learned that it was for both Music and Home Theater system. Well, we won't use it for Music at all, so we are leaning toward a Bose system. $3500. It is a nice system if you know bose.
My Boss called this morning at 6:30 and asked if I could go to work today. I said well, it is possible, and he said he needed to know because he would go down the list, I told him to call other people and if he couldn't get anyone I would go. He didn't call back and when I called I left a message asking if he found someone and reminded him if he couldn't find, to call me. Do you think I handled this situation well? To tell you the truth I didn't want to go in at work, he has me working Sunday, and I already have been working 5 days straight, and next week would have been 6 days straight like this week if I would have gone in, but I would have if they were in a jam.
Anyway, it is past 9:30 and I guess that means I don't have to go in, so I have to mail something to my mom today, get my haircut and do some things. The best thing I do is relax :-)
Oh yeah, for all you people on MSN that see me on-line and chat with me, I think this has been happening for the last 2 weeks, well, I leave my computer on a lot while I go do things, so if I don't reply, I am not ignoring you, I am just not there :lol: OK

Today is the start of my weekend. I finished Work today and thus started my 2 day weekend. It is nice out for my weekend, nice high speed winds and rain.
Well, it is not like I go outside and play ball :-) Nothing new, Still waiting for my Sheesha, and I ordered it from a web page called Social Smoke, and it has been over 10 days for the package. If I get it and it is good, I will give you all the webpage, if not, I will post the link and give a BAD review.
I have read this book before, and I have actually Read the book, this time I have finished it listening to the AUDIO copy of it at work. This book brings alot of emotions to me. After finishing it, I felt sad for them, and happy for them at the same time. Great book, no doubt I will read and listen to it again in 4 months maybe as soon as 2 months.
It has traces of the Dark Tower in it, so that addes a little to the Dark Tower Buffs, but I must say, great book Stephen King, Great Book.
So, the fluency of be posting in my blogs has gone down, I have to admit. Lets say 90% because of my life and 10% because of the computer. Sometimes I want to post and the tblog is updating pages as for sometimes my computer isn't on and I really don't feel like turning it on to tell you that I have done the same thing, I went to work and came home, tired and want to sleep.
What is new in my life you might ask yourself. Well, I am signing more papers at my work. Because I am getting better at what I am doing I guess. It is bad in a way because I have to work this Sunday like I did last Sunday, but it is all part of the game.
As for the spa, we are going to buy one, but in Jan 2005. We are going to have it delievered July 1st or 2nd in 2005 when we move into our new house. We are also saving so everything we buy for our house will not be on credit, save the spa.
The weather here is nice, I think it is close to 15C maybe 12C. I am not really good at converson, but I believe it is 65F. Summer is coming, this weekend is Daylight savings day so everyone spring forward, and lose sleep LOL
I know 3 is probably pushing it. Not much has been going on in my life though besides the work thing. I have listened to all my books once and I am going to go through it again. What else is going on. My wife has two good job offers, we will know more in 2 weeks about if she will get one.
Well are still thinking and trying to find a way to own the business this year. We are going to keep our orginal jobs and the golf. We will have to have one worker and someone we trust.

We are thinking about getting a spa in the next couple of weeks. We don't know which hot tub to get though. It is a big decision and for a 10 year loan, we want to be careful. We are looking into 2 companies at the moment which are Cal Spa and Sundance. They are both 5-6 people seatings, so my friends, next time you come and see me, you are going to have to take a nice soak :-)
Tonight I am going to try and go to the Montreal home expo and look at some of the things to do there for the house. We are going to get some business cards and all that. We are going to look at some high tech things, and I promise to all of you that I am going to post some pictures.
Besides that I have been playing age of Mythology whenever I get the chance and I made the Feb 2004 Ski Trip Video with Slide show, I am going to burn the DVD for me and a VCD for everyone that was there. I am going to offer the Niagara Falls/Metallica trip, a DVD copy like mine which is better quality for only $5. If not, and they like the VCD, it will free.
We took the cats to the vet last night to get there shots. They have to have the shot before the surgery so they are at their top physical form. It wansnt' too bad, they just don't like being in the cage.
I don't like to type to much because I type alot at work, but I do want to keep everyone informed about what is going on in our lives. Last night we had KFC, it's been a while since I have had that, I think the last time was with Mike and Chris.

My friend called last night, drunk wishing me a st patricks day. That was funny. My friend isn't coming up to see me until the 2nd week of May. That sucks a little. I have to tell her about Mothers day and see if he still wants to come.
Besides that, I think I am going to take a nap. I get to work earlier now which means I can leave at 2:30 unstead of 3. That is good because I am there early anyway to avoid traffic and leaving at 2:30 means I go home and avoid the traffic on the way home too.
today I started my running program. I want to try and run 20 -30 minutes everyday after work to build my wind up and get in shape. I am 23 and feel like 32. I need to shave 9 years off of my life.
Called my friend, going to call him again. I want to try and get the group to go to the Metallica Concert. Last time it was fun, and it was only the two of us. Imagine 5-6 of us. I am not sure if it will be as fun, the last concert was outside and in the summer and had bands like Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park with it as well.

So the RCA Lyra was good, I couldn't write in the tblog because it was down for some reason or another. Few things happened at work today, I got my ID card so I can go in and out of the building with no trouble and filed security papers that might require me to get fingerprints. I swear the only job that makes you get alot of things without paying you back. I might have to get Fingerprints done ($25) and then I have to get Steel toe boots (which I have, but it isn't good because it isn SCR or whatever marked on it). That is $75 just to work there.
Thinking if I should rent, Manage or work at the Golf this year. That is a big thing. I will wake up at 5, go to work go from work to the golf until 8, then close and get home at 9, go to bed at 10, and do it again. The good thing is on weekends, I can show up at 8 until 9 on Saturday and 8 until maybe 7 on Sunday to get a little sleep for a total of 44 hours by week. Might try and get like Mondays off or something. Don't know what to do, I just know my wife is working 7 days a week. Well, I guess I will find out one day
I bought this little mp3, has an internal MB of 64 but I added a SD Card with 256, I also use the 256 for my D-cam. It is nice for what I do, it is light, so I don't even feel it, and enough room for a book about 20 hours long, maybe more, I haven't tried, I can probably get about 8 hours of music too. It uses one aaa batteries which is light too, I don't feel it, It is cheap and lasts about 15 hours. Not a bad little purchase, here is what it looks like
I got up at 5:00 and I was tired. But since it was the first day of work, it wasn't so bad. I got up and let my wife sleep in for a big change :-) and went into the empty house. I turned on the news and cooked breakfast, got ready and left at 6 AM to go to work. They said we had to be there at 7:30, but I wanted to check a few things first. If I get the keep the job, my normal shift will be at 7:00 to 3:00. It is in Montreal, so the traffic might be terrible, I saw what the traffic was like, and I think I got there within 45 minutes, so I think that I beats the traffic, bearly, there was 3, 4 times I stopped on the highway and waited for more than 5 minutes to move, but from what I heard, that is nothing.
I got to the place like I said about 6:45 and now I have to find a place to park, I went to the first gate, no one was there but the gate opened on it's own and I started driving around. It occured to me that it looked like the shipping and recieving section and for a building the size of 3 football fields (they told me) there was not alot of cars here, so I drove around until I got to the south side of the place and there is was. I went to leave out of a gate, with people in it this time, and I had to explain for 10 minutes that I am not a driver, I don't have papers and that the gate let me in automatically.
After parking, I sat in my car until 7:30, I didn't want to get there more than 30 minutes early. Then I went to the door and gave up my ID card for a visitors card. After a 10 min wait, Mike came down and introduced himself and took me to the Customs office at Canada Post. It was a good 10-15 walk and I understood why they said to come early. We got set up, and I was shown my station and at 8 AM, I started my 4 hours Training/Test/Evulation, whatever you wanted to call it. It was fairly simple. Enter the Address, and the Senders name.
I did that for 3 hours, and then a guy named David came to me and showed me some mistakes I made about the structure and things that I will pick up later in my first week. I ate a little snack at 11AM and then continued for another hour until finished.
I met up with another Mike and we went over the deal. They wanted me to do 150 packages today, I did 200, they said my mistakes well small and common, and for the first time it was good, nothing major. He told me that all he wants is honesty, so if I say I will come in at 7, I am there at 7. There is alot of overtime, sometimes weekends, and that if I have any trouble with anything, come see him because if he has trouble with me, he will come see me. He said everyone was straight forward.
About the french. Not bad, they spoke it, but the computer program had the choice of both english and french, and there was 2 people besides me that spoke only english, and one guy that spoke spanish, and a little of french and english.
Afterward I went to apply for my SIN and started writing this blog after I checked my e-mail.
We are having a BBQ, wierd I know, but it is such a nice day out today, we had to try, even though now it looks a little like it is going to snow. Not much going around here. I tried to run Grand Theft Auto III Vice City, well, guess what peoples, that is right, it didn't work. Well, I am going to look at a new card when I get a few paychecks under my belt.
Yes, tomarrow is my first day on the job. I start at 7:30, so you will know where I am at. Hope everything turns out good, we are looking to get alot of things for the house. 2006, Inground Pool. That is going to be nice. I new car at the end of the summer. $15,000 savings for the house for all the stuff, stove, fridge, beds, living room sets, dining room, decoration, the whole nine yards. We don't want to have to worry about credit. And of course our mini vacations we have, Niagara falls this year and Disney World Next.
We want to do alot in life. LOL, I will tell you how the job went tomarrow if I am not too tired.
I have been playing some recently old titles of games, such as Rollercoaster tycoon 2 and Warcraft 3. I say Recently old, because that is what they are. They just now have been classified as old. Say I have been playing different games since 9:30pm and 5 hours later, I am finally done.
Well, I have to quit, work soon you know. I feel bad for my wife though. She had her Wisdom Tooth taken out Thursday and it still hurts. They killed a nerve in her chin so it is numb and he can't feel anything, they said it might take a while to get some feeling back in it. It is also becoming infected. She has been brushing her teeth 4 times a day, and still no good. I know her pain. I remember the dentist, oh how I remember, and I pity her. For me, I have been brushing 4 times a day too because I don't want to go back there LOL
Well, I have to, but maybe it won't be as bad as last time, I mean I brush when I didn't even have something to eat. :-)

I was suppose to see it tonight, but I prefered to sit back with my wife, relax, smoke a little sheesha, and get some sleep, then I smoked sheesha and played on the computer until my back hurts. Well, that interview didn't go so well. They wanted someone that spoke both french and english, or just french. So, we did the interview in french to see how much I knew, and it was hard because the vocabulary was new to me. So needless to say, I don't think I got the job.
But I have some good news. I got a job at a company hired by Canadian Post. I start money for a 4 hour test. If I am good, I will be working there full time. Not bad. yeah!
Well, the interview seemed good. They didn't care that I can't speak french very well. A was a little disappointed in myself because I only typed about 9000 KSPH and was hoping for 10,000. 41 WPM and I thought I could do 50. Anyway, is 41 wpm bad, I mean, I was looking on a 1988 IBM and you couldn't back space and you didn't have the ' so not too bad I imgine. They will try and get me some work money for 4 hours to see how I am, and after that, they will know if they want to keep me for a 3 month temp period.
Today I also went to a part of Quebec called Pointe Claire, and it was amazing to see all the english speaking people there. Everything was in french but is was like they ignored it and just spoke in English. Some people didn't even understand French, so I know that I am not the only ones
UPS called and wanted an Interview with me tomarrow at 9.A.M. That is good, but I think it is a very Early job LOL, Start at 5AM til 9AM or 2:30PM or something, I can't remember for sure. I like that for some reason, I think I would like to work for UPS, I think it is because the money is good though :P
